For services outside of primary care, like skin care treatments or specialized procedures, you’ll always know the exact cost before you commit. We keep our rates transparent and share them openly with you. Everything is fair and straightforward. No inflated insurance add-ons. It’s the way healthcare should be.

Ear Piercing
Medical Ear piercings are done with medical grade equipment, in the privacy of a clean physician’s office. When your ears are pierced at Blake Family Medicine, you get to enjoy unhurried visits that include snacks, numbing of the earlobe, and earring studs that are sterile and hypo-allergenic. Absolutely no nickel. We have many choices of earrings in stock.

Labs And Common Procedures
The following labs are run in our clinic and are included in the cost of the subscription: Strep Throat, Influenza A/B, rapid covid test, pregnancy test, fecal occult blood, and urinalysis.
