About His Patients
After a decade of teaching future doctors, Dr. Blake returned to his roots in his hometown. Inspired by a simple model of healthcare where workers were cared for as family – he knew there could be a better approach to treating patients. He built Blake Family Medicine to deliver that same neighborly, no-middleman care. With a deep belief in doctor-patient relationships, Dr. Blake opened this clinic to bring back the days when people knew their physician and felt known in return. Today, he and his wife are raising their five children in Utah and offering a different kind of care – one that’s personal and built on trust.
